Great news! LSW has reverted back to the original rules for agents transferring. Therefore, if an agent has not had any paid/written business in the past six months (subject to no debt, liens or vectors), they are now eligible for a transfer without a signature from their current MGA.

FEG Transfer policy - No Production for 6 months, agent can transfer to new upline. However transferring agent must put in the request in writing, and the downline agents do not transfer. The downline agents would also have to have no production for 6 months, and write their own letter requesting transfer. All transfers are effective the day the change is made within the LSW Computer System, and are date sensitive to application date.
