Procedures for Filling out Contracts

1. Be sure that all sections of the contract requiring input (signatures and written information) are included in the fax or e-scan
2. Up line recruiter must fill in the transmittal completely, including the recruiter's up line information.
3. Fax the contract and Transmittal to 888 600-7255 or scan the application to thowell@fegcorp.com with copy of license and E & O.
4. Recruiter please include your e-mail to receive a pdf file of agent's contract for your records.
