Procedures for Filling out Contracts

Fill out Forester contract.
Fax all signed sheets to 866-289-6656 along with level to set up agent.

** Do not fax over anything until entire packet is complete.
** Call Vickie Daupert at 317-507-2174 with any questions or e-mail to vdaupert@fegcorp.com and I will go through it with you or your assistant.
** If all information is sent in and nothing negative shows up, you can have an agent number in 48 hours.
